Inbound voice messages are automatically organized into a user’s CRM application so they can be easily managed like email, without wasting time dialing in to listen or worrying about messages being deleted. Ribbit also provides an online cell phone backup in Oracle’s CRM application so users can easily place, receive and log calls if their mobile device is unavailable.
