We're an in-house start-up built on Lean Startup principles enabling BT to make evidence based product decisions - faster, cheaper and with less risk.

As a small cross-functional team of specialists, we specialize in projects that are strategically important, but have high degrees of commercial or technical uncertainty. This includes:

2. New customer markets
3. New technologies
4. New product areas

We are able to take ideas from concept to market, generally in under 3 months.  Labs team members rotate in periodically from all parts of the organization depending on the skills required to work on specific projects. It's intense, rewarding work and gives everyone a chance to play an integral role in the end-to-end product development process.
