Archive for January, 2010

I need 12 rotary phones, 10 miles of phone cord and some glue.

I work for a ‘phone company’. I am the daughter of an artist. I live in the Bay Area where the word ‘recycle’ is embedded deep in our core.

So you can probably imagine why this ‘telephone sheep’ art installation from Jean-Luc Cornec from the Museum of Telecommunication in Frankfurt resonates so deeply with me. It hits home on all fronts and is ’shear’ genius I tell you. <sorry, just couldn’t help myself>

Wonder what they will do with the sheep once the exhibit is over? Thinking Ribbit needs some new artwork in our lobby. :)

Photos from This Blog Rules (where you will find more sheep sculptures too!).
